Northeast Elementary teacher gets 'apple-sauced'

Northeast Elementary School teacher Amy Stelzer was doused by applesauce Thursday afternoon by students in an effort to get the students to take advanced reading tests. They got to put a spoonful for every 100 percent they got on a test. There were seven classes of first and second graders. The teachers were Mrs. Lehew, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Stokes, Mrs. Moser, Mrs. Norris all from Northeast, and Mrs. Wilson and Ms. Williams from Academy C. The student that had the most was Khloe Patterson from Ms. Williams’ class. Her class also has the most with 125 100s. There was a total of 464 scoops. Stelzer started April 23 and it ended May 16.
