With only two months left before Christmas, shopping is about to be in full swing for everyone as they hustle and bustle to get the best deals and most unique gifts for their families. On Saturday, there will be an opportunity for those who enjoy home-made or unique gifts to get a head start, or for anyone who enjoys a great craft show.
The Wonder-FALL Bazaar is going to be on Sat., Oct. 27 from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. at the Texas County Fair Grounds Commercial Building at 5th and Sunset. The Commercial Building is the round metal building next door to the Activity Center.
This is the first year having this craft show, but Brittany McDowell has high hopes that is a great success and that they will be able to continue it in the future and be able to expand the number of booths and businesses that are able to be a part of the Bazaar.
There will be a wide variety of vendors and items that add up to a successful amount of 21 booths for their first year. There will be giveaways every half hour and a photographer set up to take photos of the kiddos in their halloween costumes for free after filling out an information sheet.
This craft show will include everything from Mary Kay to Creative Memories to homemade goodies, to all the crafts and gadgets one could think of.
Dancers from Just for Kicks dance studio will be having a fundraiser booth with a bake sale made of home made baked goods.
The amount of goodies and crafts will be a variety for all ages and styles and will be a great amount of shopping for everyone.
“We are really hoping it is a success so we can do this again in the future and get more booths and expand on the businesses involved,” said McDowell. “Entrance is free and everyone can get a free photo with the photographer we have set up, and will be good for shopping with only so many days left before Christmas!”
Be sure to stop by the Wonder-Fall Bazaar on Saturday to meet your craft, goodie, and shopping needs.
