“We have something unique to us called Fitness on Demand, which is touch screen computer projected on the wall with over 100 different classes you can access for free,” Roundy said. “We have showers, bathrooms and free weights in the back.”
Roundy listes yoga, latin dance, kick boxing and pilates as just a few out of more than 100 classes offered and says more classes are constantly being added.
“When you sign up, you are also given a personalized webpage with recipes, a place to punch in your own ingredients and create recipes on you own needs and wants, community support groups, different newsletters every day to keep you on track or general fitness information as well,” Roundy said.
Also included with membership is access to any Snapp Fitness center in the world when out of town.
Roundy reported, an exercise boot camp is being planned for sometime in the spring, as well as the “$10,000 Loose Weight Challenge,” from March 1 - April 30.
