The Pub on the Bricks is approaching their one year anniversary at their new location at the corner of 5th and Ellison and they are very excited to show their appreciation for everyone in the community of Guymon and surrounding areas.
They will be hosting a free concert and anniversary celebration Nov. 9 with a cake to feed at least 250 people and invite everyone in the community to come out.
“We love The Bricks just as much as everyone else and we continue to try and make it a better place to go in Guymon,” said Pub on the Bricks owner, Michael Davis. “We are truly blessed and appreciate everything the Guymon community does to help support the Pub.”
The Bricks was recently named small business of the year for 2012 and they are very honored and appreciative.
“Some of the things that we love to do in our first year at the new location is our $5 lunch specials Monday-Friday and our Wing Wednesday when wings are 50 cents,” said Davis. “We love providing specials for people to come out and enjoy a great atmosphere and great people.”
Many of the area Pub-goers always look forward to fun events hosted by the Pub and their one year anniversary celebration will be no different.
“We really just want people to see how grateful we are for the continual support,” said Davis. “Nov. 9 we celebrate one year here and we are having free cake for everyone and a free concert for everyone as well.”
The band playing that evening will be Amarillo classic and new rock band, Chrome Dazey and they will begin at 9 p.m. that night. The celebration begins at 5 with the cake being served and some fun and celebration as everyone gears up to enjoy the band.
The concert will yake place outside with hopes of weather cooperation, and will be a great time for all who attend.
“We are looking forward to serving Guymon for many years to come and excited to do more events and serve our customers.”
