* EVENT...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 60
MPH. THESE STRONG WINDS WILL ALSO RESULT IN AREAS OF BLOWING
DUST CAUSING REDUCED VISIBILITIES OF ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR
LESS.

* TIMING...THE STRONG WINDS AND BLOWING DUST CONTINUE UNTIL 10
PM.

* IMPACTS...THESE WINDS WILL CAUSE AREAS OF BLOWING DUST AND
COULD TOSS AROUND ITEMS SUCH AS LAWN FURNITURE AND TRASH CANS.
MOTORISTS TRAVELING ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTED ROADS WILL ALSO
EXPERIENCE VERY STRONG CROSSWINDS.

PREPARATIONS TO STAY INDOORS UNTIL THE STORM PASSES.
