City Council to meet Thursday

Guymon City Council will meet at their regular meeting scheduled for Jan. 10 at 6 p.m. to go over a variety of topics.
Among some of the items on the agenda is a Presentation of Service Awards to the City of Guymon Employees.
Also, there will be a presentation to bring the community up to date on the construction of the new fire station, animal shelter, and library. This presentation will be provided by Timberlake Construction who has put months into the completion of these projects, and is getting closer to finishing them.
An important topic that is included in the agenda is the discussion and possible action on approving a Municipal Property Naming Rights Policy.
All are welcome to attend the meeting and be caught up on updates in the community and see city representatives awarded for their services on Thursday evening at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
