The Pub on the Bricks is hosting another free concert this Saturday evening for the community to come and enjoy. They are doing so as a courtesy to the Guymon Fire Department hosting their 2nd Annual Fire School this upcoming weekend and to show the community their continued appreciation for their business at the Pub.
Local band, Bipolar Echo starts their outdoor concert at 9 p.m. and is free to the community. Children are welcome to attend the concert until 10 p.m.
Beer will be served outside, and liquor drinks will still be available inside the restaurant/bar area. Outside bar will be cash only. Everybody 21 and older will receive a wrist band for the convenience of quicker sales and to keep it a safe and fun environment for everyone.
Michael Davis, owner of the Pub on the Bricks, wants everyone in the community to be aware of the appreciation they have for their customers, and this is one way that they hope to make that happen.
“We just want the people in Guymon to understand how much we appreciate them and will continue to appreciate them,” said Davis. “We hope everyone enjoys the Pub just as much as we do and we will keep providing events for Guymon to keep things going on for people to enjoy. We look forward to seeing everyone come out and enjoy a great band and a great time here at the Pub.”
Be looking for another concert for the community on Nov. 9 to celebrate the one year anniversary of the new location and opening of the Pub.
The Pub is located at the corner of 5th and Ellison, and they encourage everyone to come out this Saturday night, Sept. 22, for a great concert, and great company at the Pub.
